Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a building plan for an 860 Sq ft west-facing odd site, with dimensions of 25 ft front, 40 ft length, and 15 ft back. The structure should have a Ground floor with parking and a 1 BHK unit, and 1st and 2nd floor with identical layouts - a 2 BHK unit and a 1 BHK unit.
Key Requirements:
- Ground Floor: Parking space that accommodates both cars and bikes, along with a 1 BHK unit.
- 1st and 2nd Floor: Each floor should have a 2 BHK unit and a 1 BHK unit. There should be a total of 3 bedrooms in each of these floors.
- Design Style: I'm looking for a modern design for the building.
Also looking of the Valuation of the building with seal and signature
Ideal Candidate:
