Night Club Design Architect Needed - As Built Drawings -- 2

I'm seeking a licensed architect with expertise in commercial design. The project involves partnering with sealing as-build drawings provided by an Architectural Design professional.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with an architectural designer to create thorough and accurate as-build drawings.
- The Architectural Designer will furnish all the necessary drawings. Your responsibility is to review the As-Built drawings and affix your seal for submission, in accordance with the requirements of the local city or county building department.
- The Architectural Designer will partner with an Engineering firm to develop a fire alarm system for final submission to the local building department.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a licensed architect specializing in commercial projects.
- Proficiency in collaborating with other design professionals, such as stamping architectural drawings.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful commercial design projects, ideally in the retail sector.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, as you'll be working closely with other design professionals on this project.
- Furnish a standard border sheet in AutoCAD format, duly sealed, and grant the Architectural Designer permission to incorporate the name of the company responsible for producing the As-Built drawings.
