New floorplan for existing house

I am looking for a skilled architect or designer to create a new floorplan for my medium-sized house. The purpose of the new floorplan is for remodeling, with the goal of optimizing space usage and build a warm home for me and my three kids.
I have a rough idea of the specific features and rooms that I want included in the new floorplan, but I am also open to suggestions from the professional.
The house is approximately 126 sq meters / 1356 sq ft in size.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in architectural design and remodeling projects
- Ability to optimize space usage and create functional floorplans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with the client's rough ideas and suggestions
It´s not a big house, but i would try to fit four bedrooms, three kids room (obvious smaller rooms) and one for me.
Would be nice to add another small WC(toilet and sink).
I rather not move the current bathroom in view of the work, and I think the connecting bedroom is easiest to keep. I am open to changing all other walls/rooms completely. The garden runs to the south and southwest and my idea is to swap the location of the kitchen and the laundry room, and place the living room connected to the kitchen on the south side (bedroom/storage/gym). I want to be able to benefit from installing a stove/fireplace in the current chimney.
I also want to put in large/tall windows for the view/light in around the house in suitable places, mainly to the south/southwest.
And if you're wondering, the building was originally intended as a guest apartment/garage/boiler room. No interior walls are load-bearing.
I'm open to any suggestions and ideas you think you can add to make this house something smarter/more flexible for us to live in.
