New build small bungalow or house beside existing house.

I am looking to demolish 2 existing garages and build a small bungalow or house. The width of area is around 8 meters and depth around 30 meters. Need to fit all garden space and parking within this area. These garages are located on land that is part of my house. I have attached site plan drawings.
I am looking for a competitive quote to supply and submit a planning application. Must meet all standard building regulations. I already have architect drawn site plan which I have attached.
