New 3 Story Remodel in Boynton Beach

I have a 3 story house that already has the stie plan for existing structure, site plan for new structure, Floor Plans for Ground Floor, First Floor and Second Floor, Door information, Window Information, Elevations from 4 sides, 3d Drawings are all done. However, they were done by a non-licensed architect. They were done by a drafts person. Now I need to get an architect to review the plans and make them so I can submit to the city for approval in FLORIDA. I need to have permits approved for the work and will be needing architect approved, signed and sealed drawings for the property. I need to MEP Plans done as well, some structural and engineering plans drawn at a later time, unless the price is right now. I have to give these plans to the city for pre-approval of a project. If the city approves them, then for sure I need MEP and finish up the complete set for the City of Boynton Beach, FL
