New House design, California USA.

I'm looking for an architect for a design of a new construction, Single family house of 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. Modern style.
At least 1600sqft.
Right candidate must to deliver a full set of plans;
Architectural
Civil
Structural
MEP
Fire Sprinkler
Landscaping.
This project is for a new residence in California USA.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
-Able to communal oral and verbal in English.
- Must be familiar with California Building Codes.
-Must be familiar with California Tile 24 compliance.
All California building, Structural, civil, MEP,
Landscaping Codes.
NFPA 72
And any other agency involved.
- plans must to have foot print and all the construction details.
