New Home Project

After recent house fire, need to build a new house. Want to build it myself, by hand after the foundation. So needs to be super simple. Looking for modern, clean straight lines. House foot print should be 24ft wide by 44ft long. Want a full basement, daylight. 5 feet below ground, 3 above. I joist or floor trusses so I can have it completely open. First floor agajn 24ft by 44ft. Just a straight up rectangle. Think 24x44 storage container. The final level is 24x28 aligns with the front of the house. The 24x16 behind the second story is a rooftop deck. The roof in thr 24x28 is flat. Tesla roof hopefully. Basement is 8 feet tall, both floors are 10. Interest should come from siding. She's ALL BLACK maybe black panels lined with silver trim. Big panels, like 4x2 panels. Maybe some of the black burnt wood. The basement is unfinished.
