New Home Design Planning Rendering

I need a trained professional who can provide me with a digital rendering of the first floor and master bathroom for design planning purposes. The style I am aiming for is current, neutral and timeless. I haven't chosen the specific materials yet so initially, applications of materials like flooring, cabinets and house fixtures will be digitally applied to the floor plans. There will likely be several revisions. My selection must be made from choices provided by the builder, but I would appreciate designing input.

I have made my first selections. Revisions are April 4th. The builder’s final submission deadline and project end date is April 15th.

Attached are the documents I have to base plans rendering off of: builders website, line, drawing of floorplan, picture of sample materials.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency 2D or 3D rendering software
- Interior design or architectural background
- Experience in creating modern styled interior spaces
- Understanding of different material applications in interior design
