New Enterprise Office and Workshop Layout

I am in the process of starting a new enterprise and need an effective, well-designed floorplan for an office/workshop. This floorplan should address the following needs:
- Workstations: The floorplan should accommodate 1-5 workstations. These should be designed in a way that promotes ease of movement and communication, while also providing adequate space for equipment and personal comfort.
- Conference Rooms: In addition to the workstations, the floorplan should include a space for conference rooms. This area should be designed for focused discussions and brainstorming sessions, and as such, should lend itself to privacy and concentration.
Ideal freelancers for this project should have experience in interior design, specifically in designing office/workshop spaces. A keen eye for efficiency and aesthetics, as well as a good understanding of how space can influence workflow and productivity, will also be greatly beneficial.
