New Build House Drafting

we are builders of homes in the ACT and NSW
! must be located in Australia,
The designs for these homes are already drawn, they need a small amount of refining .
the job is mainly positioning the houses on the blocks and getting ready for submission.
! must have fast turn around times when we are using existing plans.
! must be able to use the phone
! experience in dual occupancies and single block sub-divisions
! this is an ongoing arrangement with future work to the right person

I am in need of a professional drafter to assist with the architectural and site plans for a new house build. The plans must comply with both ACT and NSW local building regulations.

Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in house drafting, particularly for new builds
- Proficiency in creating architectural and site plans
- In-depth knowledge of ACT building regulations and codes and NSW
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for discussing project updates and modifications.

The first two projects are urgent,and you must be able to supply a list of items you need to secure the job.
The plans are drawn in REVIT and the file will be supplied, with a small list of changes needed. The block plans will be PDF as well as the contour plans.
