Need timber construction detail drawings for a 30 sqm single floor home
Budget: $30 – $250 NZD
For a 30 sqm house, plans and elevation will be provided.
Requred:
- Foundation plan, floor and roof framing plan
- construction detail such as - Window and door jamb details, External corner detail (showing cladding and wall), Deck to floor detail, Might need a shower detail showing how the wet area works, Deck edge detail with balustrade, Gutter detail, Gable end detail (cladding details) etc.
Need experience with timber construction work.
The time for each project (varied from 30 sqm to up to 45 sqm) is up to 5 days. Please apply with experience and sample work preferably for NZ.
