Need structural engineer drawing for a small house (with Bill of Quantities)

I have a property where the old house had been demolished and a new house started to be built. The previous owner had started building and stopped just before laying the first ceiling of the ground floor. Now I got a new builder who is willing to continue with the works.

However, I need a professional structural engineer to give me clear details about the structural details required (thickness of concrete ceilings, details about beams, details of steel required, etc).

The house will be built with bricks, apart from the second floor facade, which need to be built in masonry stone.

The house will have ground floor and first floor, and a receded second floor level. At roof level we just need to build a 1 metre perimeter wall (parapet wall).

With this project I am attaching a photo of the property as it is today, a PDF layout and ACAD file of the property as it is today, and also PDF drawings of the approved permit to complete the house project.
