Need some changes in my exisitng Floor Plan
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Need small changes in Floor Plan according to the attached file in name "Changes in arch plan.pdf". You need to modify Architectural, ROOF BEAM & ROOF SLAB LAYOUT, FOOTING & COLUMN LAYOUT WITH CENTER-LINE DRAWING, FOUNDATION DETAIL & PLINTH BEAM DRAWING according to the new structure.
I will also need the Modern Front Elevation Design for the same plan. (Can compromise with it)
I will also need below bills which show material quantity along with its pricing
(1st Bill- Shows pricing for making a complete ground floor along with the material)
(2nd Bill- Shows pricing for making a complete project like G+1st Floor)
I've also received a .dwg file from my last architect, it may help you to edit the required files or else you need to recreate the same. At last, you will also need to provide me updated cad file.
