Need a design for a 4-6 unit apartment

I need a 2D design drawing for a 4 - 6 unit apartment building. The plot of land is 60ft x 100ft, the proposed building can be a maximum of 40ft x 80ft. Each apartment Unit must have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom/toilet, kitchen, dining area and living room. Building design should be modern and attractive. Preferably flat roof. The 2D drawnings should include the following, top elevation, front elevation, side elevation, ground floor, first floor and foundation design.
