Need US based Architect/Structural Engineer to modify a house plan
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a US-based Architect/Structural Engineer who can help me modify a house plan.
Please read carefully before bidding.
Based on the attached "updated Lower Floor" document
1: Remove 3rd car garage
2,3,4: Extend Guest BR, Study
5: Extend Pantry
6: Remove upstairs (there should not be any upstairs). May be make the ceiling high. This will be the single story with full size basement. Need stairs to go downstairs.
7:This side has a slope and entry to the basement. HVAC needs to move to the other side.
8: unfinished basement with 9' ceiling, needs be roughly under the half of the main structure with hooks for kitchen and two baths. Basement has the entry door and windows on the right side of the plan.
I have the original CAD house plan available, so the freelancer can work from that. CAD files will be shared after selecting a Freelancer.
The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in CAD design and be familiar with architectural and structural engineering principles.
