Need architecture fo residential building designing G + 6

My plot area is 147 square meter. Size of front side road is 12m. And both side is plot. Only front side is road. I want two apartments in one floor. Total no. Flats is 12 need approved drawing. I will use same drawing to withdraw construction permission from muncipal corporation. All details better be in there. I'm uploading area layout for better understanding
