Need to architectural plan for 30 x 20

I need a architect who can work a floor plan for 30 x 20 plot size and I need it to be vastu complaint as per Hindu religion..

Requirements

One room and toilet separate from the main home size of the room 11.8 x 10 minimum
And ground floor shud also have parking and steps for the main home..

First floor

We need a kitchen , living area , dining , pooja room , utility and one powder room.

Second floor

Steps for the main home shud be with in the home itself

Master bedroom and children room 1 with toilet

Third floor

Children room 2 with bathroom and terrace.
