Need architectural drawing

Just bought a house, the front is a hair salon and the back is a 2 bedroom unit. Trying to convert the salon (already demolished and completely empty inside) into a 1 bedroom residential apartment. I need an architectural drawing to present to my town board for variance approval. I have a survey of the property and a general idea of what I want the interior to look like.
