Need architect to turn house plans into construction grade plans

I have house plans drawn up for a 2000 sqft house plus attached garage. I need an architect to check my dry load and make sure my house will be stable and not collapse on me and show me which walls on my second story will be necessary to begin with and which won't (we want to move in as cheaply/quickly as possible and finish to the final plans while in the house) and then to turn my plans into construction grade blueprints that I can use for pulling permits and hiring contractors.
