Roughly an 1,800 sqft building that needs a remodel to expand RR, knock down a couple small walls and erect one wall. Must be in Missouri and licensed in MO to be able to do the work according to St. Louis city. Must be professionally prepared, sealed, signed, and dated construction drawings.
