Need a Structural, Building or Civil Engineer for Construction Drawings.

I am looking for an experienced Structural, Building and/or Civil Engineer to provide me with the various types of drawings such as architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing and finishing drawings that are necessary for the construction of my 2-story house.

The house is located in Africa and will be built mainly using materials such as cement bricks and reinforced concrete (will provide more details if needed).

I have some of the house drawings plans (will provide the original dwg file if needed), but I need the full Architectural plans among the other technical plans. I have also some 3D visualizations too.
