Need Help to Fix Errors When Applying for a Building Permit in Kerala using IBPMS
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Need help from a person who can handle IBPMS. To Apply for a Building Permit in Thiruvananthapuram Corporation.
Proper setback vettal 200+ SQM Paneyam ennu KMBR 2019 parayunnu.
50. Special provisions for construction in small plots.— [page 79 - KMBR 2019 pdf]
But IBPMS will not accept above 200 SQM?
* Plan is for a building under special provision
* Under 125m2 plot (under 3 Cent rules.)
73.3 sqm 2 floor (Commercial)
73.3 sqm 1 floor (residential)
Total 220+ sqm varum.
3 meter setback in the front.
1.5 meter in the back side (rear side)
1 Meter on all other sides.
As mentioned in table 4 Colum 6 KMBR.
* Please check and confirm the mentioned limitation Exists in IBPMS.
If that is just an error in my CAD file, I will send you the cad file for inception.
