Need 3d Exterior elevation, BIM and Interior design from Floor plan -- 2

I require elevations from the attached floor plan with highest quality and Bill of materials for construction of a 3 story house.

I also require adequate interior design according to the floor plan . For High quality renders and flythrough animation, which i will create on my own. I require finished interior and exterior design models.
