I have both PDF and CAD architectural plans (attached) for new single family home to be constructed on an ocean front lot (no bedrock) in Ocean Shores, Washington State, USA. Class/Exposure C land, with wind speeds up to 135mph, and less than 1500 feet to water. I need someone who can complete current energy code calculation worksheets for All Climate Zones, Heating, and Glazing, as well as wall bracing details (calculations and drawings).
