I need Bangladeshi architecture to design 2 building floor layouts. Friendly and cooperation must be required, this is my first house development so I might have a lot of questions. He has to provide all design-related files for submission to govt office. He also has to include an agreement of his design. Plot Area approx 52x36 1850sqft. Expecting 3 unit: 3room, 2 bathrooms, 1balcony, 1 kitchen.
Only 3rd floor 1 unit special design.
