I'm uncertain if to build one or two buildings on the land.
My wish is to have garage for each. 2 car garage is the preferred but concerned how it would fit on the land.
ie: At front by going underground or common central driveway that leads to garage's at the rear at ground level.
If at front underground would like mini storage included with garage.
Home to have a lift incorporated. 3 levels including garage as one level.
Down stairs to have main bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Plus Kitchen with butlers pantry, dining and Lounge incorporated in one large area with laundry and small toilet facility.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms plus office. Small lounge area plus Bathroom.
Land is situated in a heritage area. 18 Montrose Ave., Norwood , South Australia 5067
