Need a ARCHITECT (CBC 2019)

I need an architect for many projects and jobs I have coming up here shortly.
Must be able to design to California Building Code 2019 and California regulations.
Licensed or not is fine.
Please send examples of previous projects, and your experience.
Also, Lets example bid a project...
Need FULL architectural plans (elevations, sections, floorplans) for a 1000sq.ft. addition to an existing home/structure.
I would provide sketches of floor plans/measurements/photos/Scans of notes.
How much would something like that cost to complete? and how long would it take?
