I'm seeking a professional to create design plans for a residential garage intended for vehicle storage and workshop. The garage will accommodate one vehicle and is to feature a hip roof design. These plans will be submitted to the local NSW council, hence they must comply with relevant local regulations and standards.
Garage is 7m * 4.5m built on concrete slab. Height is 3.2m with 2.5m wall height. Single door at one end roller at the other 2 windows
