NORTH IDAHO - INTERIOR HOUSE PLANS NEEDED
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Building a house on the river in St Maries Idaho. We have ordered the building and need help to layout the interior of the building/house.
* Steel Building 40x80 - 20ft tall
* House Area - 2 Story with built in 2nd flooor (40x50 ft)
* Square feet - 4000 (2000 top and 2000 bottom)
* Garage/Shop - 40x30
* Windows have been purchased and need integrated
* Lean to - full 80ft to act as a covered walk way into property
I've reviewed lots of house plans and know the general layout needed, but need assistance with size and ensuring the layout is functional with lots of storage space. I don't want to have unused space - family of 5. Extended family is large and regularly have 13-20 people for dinner weekly. And by the way, most of the kids are between 6' and 6'10 - so need large seating areas and space to move around.
Additionally, the house needs to sit back 35' or farther from the dike. We would love to have an extraordinary outdoor patio/dining area to enjoy the river.
Kids are all teenagers in highschool. Downstairs area will have bedrooms and game room. Need to figure out plumbing options below the flood level. Upstairs will be kitchen, family room, dining room, master bedroom, laundry, pantry, a couple more bedrooms.
