NEED TO GET ROOF AND TRUSSES PLAN LAY OUT
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
Hello, I am looking to get a roof and trusses plan lay out for my small home. I don't want any off-the-shelf designs - I need something custom-made, and specifically with ventilation included. I'm open to suggestions but ultimately, I'm looking for an experienced professional to create me a plan that meets all of my needs and brings my vision to life. I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I have construction drawing ready. Normally roof and trusses plan is done by lumber supplier, who provide it for free. however they are 2-3 months behind so I want to spend some money to get it done by a freelancer. You must know the construction technic used in Canada and you must have knowledge of creating lay out plan for roof and trusses.
Your layout plan must be approved by my engineer.
