I am looking for an experienced architect who can assist me in creating a master plan for a project in the NEOM area, following NEOM standards. The specific services I require are focused on master planning.

13,500 Sqm Building Area
5,250 Sqm Green Area between Buildings and around Fence
3,000 Sqm Gravel Area around the buildings
36,165 Sqm Parking, Roads, Food Truck Area and Walkways (around and between the buildings) which
shall include Asphalt, Interlock, and Curb Stones
6,300 Sqm Ring Road around the fence from three sides with the length of approximately 900m X 7m
Requirements:
- Expertise in master planning
- Familiarity with NEOM standards
Timeline:
- The project should be completed within 1 week.
