NDIS House Architect: Floor Plan & Facades
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm in search of a skilled architect to create a comprehensive floor plan and two modern facades, tailored to NDIS house requirements, for a medium-sized residence (specifically 3-4 bedrooms) in Australia.
Key Requirements:
- Familiarity with NDIS regulations: The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of key NDIS requirements, including Accessibility standards, Inclusion guidelines, and Building code regulations.
- Floor Plan: Your task will involve crafting a functional and practical floor plan that aligns with the medium size of the residence and NDIS specifications.
- Modern Facades: I'm looking for a modern aesthetic for the facades that will offer a fresh and contemporary look for the house.
This floor plan and facade will be used for a construction company's packages for NDIS housing.
This project also presents an opportunity for ongoing collaboration on my future architectural initiatives.
Must Provide me with all CAD Drawings and final design will be owned by myself.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Proven experience in architectural design, especially for residential properties.
