Multi-use Building Creation with Daycare

As a developer, I'm looking to contract a seasoned construction team for the creation of a mixed-use building. The building should comprise of both residential units and a daycare center. The new structure is aimed to have 4-7 floors.

In addition to excellent construction skills, the team should have experience in:

- Building mixed-use structures
- Constructing residential units with high safety standards
- The creation of daycare spaces
- Designing and building for 4-7 floors

Any additional knowledge on urban planning and adherence to local building regulations is much appreciated. Please share examples of similar past projects in your proposal.
