I'm looking for a set of house plans for a modern-style, multi-family dwelling. The home should be designed for 2 units.

I have the current floor plans which I am converting into two 2 bedroom flats.

Ideal skills and experience include:

- Strong understanding of modern architectural style
- Experience in creating detailed and practical house plans
