Multi-Building Design Project (structural drawings not required)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a skilled architect or designer to assist me with a multi-building design project. The purpose of this project is to create a single residential compound consisting of multiple buildings and the outdoor spaces.
- The style for the building needs to match / complement the existing main building design with 2 additional structures to be added + outdoor common areas.
- I have specific size and layout requirements for each building, which I will provide to the hired professional.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in designing residential complexes and be able to incorporate modern architectural elements into their designs.
- Output for this project is floor plans (2D), outdoor layouts and walk-thru/fly-thru animations (3D)
- Structural drawings are not required for this project - that will be a following project.
- Other sites will follow - hopefully the selected Freelancer will be able to work on subsequent projects (2 additional this quarter).
