Mother-in-law suite

I am just/only looking for the architectural drawing to do the project described below so that the necessary township permits can be acquired.

Expand powder room (by taking space occupied by coat closet and part of foyer) into an ADA compliant bathroom with a curbless shower with frameless glass door, additional door, relocated existing door, repositioned wall mounted sink, repositioned wall mounted toilet with concealed cistern, new tile floor, repositioned mirror, repositioned above sink light, new above toilet cabinet, medicine cabinet, additional ceiling light(separate from fan), relocated light switch, relocated fan switch, relocated outlet, additional vent into foyer
Convert office to bedroom by relocating entrance, replacing door with privacy door, adding new door to bathroom, removing shelving and cabinetry, removing unused audio visual wires, hiding used audio visual cables, patching/replacing carpet, relocating room light switch, relocating closet light switch,adding closet organization into existing closet
Add new coat closet with shelf in foyer
Retile foyer floor and recenter foyer light
Expand open second floor balcony over expanded bathroom and new coat closet
