Modernising 2 bedroom Brotton terraced propery

Want to turn the staircase around to better accommodate an upstairs bathroom. Partially remove downstairs wall (probably load bearing) to open up the space and make more open plan. Relocate existing back door to create better kitchen flow. Possibly look at attic conversation in a separate phase
