Modern 1200sqf House Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a modern architect to design a ground floor, 1200 square foot, modern-style house plan for me.
Key Elements:
- The house should have an open floor plan.
- It should incorporate large windows and a minimalist design, consistent with modern aesthetics.
Specifications:
- The house must have one ensuite bedroom, one bedroom, dining room, TV room, and be more or less an 'H' Shape house design
- The total area should be approximately 1200sqf.
- Incorporate a small patio or deck area.
- The house must have at least 2 bathrooms.
- Include ample storage space, such as built-in closets and cabinets.
- The kitchen should have a modern, open-concept design.
- Specify a flat or gently sloped roof in keeping with modern style.
- Include a detailed lighting plan that maximizes natural light while incorporating modern fixtures.
- The house should have a separate laundry/utility room.
