I need an Architect to give me insight ideas on a floor plan and elevation... no technical drawings necessary. I want a modern, highly insulate, energy efficient, 3 bedrooms house, the construction area should be no bigger than 32x65 feet, prime suit in the main floor and open space social area facing the courtyard.
