Modern Villa Design -- 2

I am looking for an experienced architect to design a modern triplex villa ( 3 levels) for me. The villa will be built on a plot of land that is less than 1000 sqm in size where 1st level should not exceed 200 sqm.

Preferred Architectural Style:
- The preferred architectural style for the villa design is modern.

- Design should include exterior landscape as well knowing that total land area is 1000 sqm.

- interior Design should be included too.

- Villa building should include 3 levels as follows :
1st level should be for the guests.
2nd level should be for the family.
3rd level should be for the parents only.

Interior Layout Requirements:
- I have specific suggested requirements for the interior layout of the villa which includes the number of rooms and areas.

- All electrical and piping diagrams will be required.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing modern villas and landscape.
- Knowledge of space optimization in small plots.
- Ability to incorporate specific interior layout requirements.
