A plot of land with front dimensions of 15 m and a depth of 30 m. The construction should be away from one side by side by 3 m, from the front by 6 m and from the the rear by 4.5 m.
The building includes two floors :
1. The Ground floor contains a uxurious sitting hall for guests, a hall for the family, an office, two master bedrooms, a bathroom for guests, and a storeroom. In addition to a food preparation room and a corridor connecting with an outdoor kitchen, a servants’ room, a laundry room, a clothes hanger, and a storeroom.
2. Choosing a place on this floor to sit and enjoy the garden with a covered outdoor swimming pool and a place for Barbeque , This floor includes also a staircase with its unique shape.
3. first floor, it consists of three master bedrooms, a hall for family sitting, a place for preparing juices and coffee, an office, and a children’s lounge, in addition to distinct and modern balconies.
