I need an architect to design 2D and 3D floor plans for a two-story villa on a 441 square meter plot. The ground floor should include a dining room, guest room, living room, kitchen with a store and laundry area, a bedroom with a store for a home business, and a garage for two cars. It should also have stairs and space for an elevator (1.6 x 1.8 meters) to be installed later.
The first floor should feature a spacious master bedroom with a bathroom and dressing area, a bedroom for my daughters with a dressing area and bathroom, an office, a guest bedroom, a small bathroom for the guest bedroom and office, and a small living area. The house should have ample lighting, a good-sized garden, and an innovative design.
