Modern Three-Story House Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm looking for an experienced architect to create a modern house design for a 35*60 area. The house will have three floors.
Key aspects of the project:
- Design a three-story house: The house will have three floors, and the design needs to maximise the space effectively.
- Modern architecture: The preferred style is modern, so the design should incorporate sleek lines, open spaces, and large windows.
- Room sizes: My preference leans towards large rooms, so the design should take this into account.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proven experience in designing modern houses.
- Previous projects that demonstrate the ability to work with large room sizes.
- A clear understanding of space utilisation and modern architectural principles.
- Proficiency in relevant software for architectural design.

Ground Floor:-
2 Car & 2 Bike Parking: 400 square feet (If you feel facing some issue, then keep it 1 Car and 2 bike parking area, if you still facing issue then try to make with portico type or discuss with us)
Kitchen with Utensils Cleaning Area(separate just beside the kitchen): - 250 square feet
Master Bedroom with Attached Bathroom: 250 square feet
Common Bathroom: 80 square feet
Store Room: 200 square feet
Drawing Room: 200 square feet
Guest Bedroom: 200 square feet
Living Area (Hall) & Dining Setup (Double Height): 500 square feet
Stairs from Hall (Round)
Muddy Room: 50-75 square feet(if creating issue then it can be skiped)
2 Gates: One gate should be from the south facing, which will be the main gate, and another gate should be from the east.
Note 1: Stairs should be round from the living area.
Note 2: Try to adjust the guest room and common toilet before the living area as we do not want all kinds of guests to enter the living area generally.
1st Floor:-
Extra Large Bedroom: 400 square feet with Attached Bathroom (100 square feet), Balcony (100 square feet), and Dressing Room (depends)
Walk-in Closet Room: 80 square feet
Office Working Space with Attached Balcony: 300-350 square feet
Bedroom: 200 square feet
Child/Play Room: 100 square feet
Common Bathroom: 80 square feet
Puja Room: It depends on size
Note: The room size must be approximately 400 square feet. We do not want to make it small. The bathroom size also should be 100 square feet, and the balcony can be adjusted under the roof; we do not want an outside balcony. The dressing room and walk-in closet room size can be managed as you see fit. If facing an issue with space, let us know or try to adjust in other parts like other bedrooms and size.
3rd Floor:-
Personal Gym: 250 square feet (Manage some parts of the gym area to be in an open kind of balcony but it should be under the home area)
Theatre Room: 250 square feet (Like 20x15 or 25x10)
Common Bathroom: 80 square feet
Store Room: 150 square feet
Celebration/Party Room/Dance: 400 square feet
Kitchen Area: Small size like 50-60 square feet (It depends on you)
One Master Bedroom: 250 square feet with Attached Bathroom (size depends)
Two more Bedrooms: Near about 200-250 square feet each
