Modern 2-Story Villa Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking a skilled architect with a modern design sensibility to help me design a two-story villa. The design should include detailed elevations and comply with the following specifications:
- The villa has a footprint of 13 LM East and 11 LM South.
- The ground floor will be reinforced concrete with rebar steel, while the first floor will utilize light steel roofs.
- The first floor will house a master room (minimum dimensions of 5x7) and two other rooms (minimum dimensions of 4x6).
The villa will feature:
- A kitchen, store and a clothes washing area on the ground floor.
- bathrooms.
Common areas on the ground floor will include:
- A living room and a dining room.
Ideal candidates for this project should have prior experience in designing modern villas, a strong understanding of structural requirements, and the ability to create detailed and comprehensive architectural plans.
