Modern 4-Storey Apartment Design

I'm looking for a complete architectural and design plan for a 4-storey rental apartment building. The design should be modern and economical.

Key Design Aspects:
- The apartment units should each have a kitchen in a separate room, with that kitchen having access to a balcony.
- Each apartment should be designed with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with toilets in each of those bathrooms.
- The master bedroom of each apartment should include a suite bathroom with a toilet.
- A laundry room should be included in each apartment.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in modern architectural design.
- Experience in designing economical yet appealing apartment units.
- Ability to create functional and comfortable common areas.

Please note that the design (including foundation, roof, etc) should be ready for construction.
