Design and document 4 x High Physical Support (HPS) SDA homes on a 1,120 m² block in South Australia.
Each dwelling includes:
- 2 HPS bedrooms (15% larger than SDA minimums)
- 1 OOA room
- Open-plan kitchen/living/dining
- 2 ensuites + 1 shared accessible bathroom
- Accessible laundry, covered patio, and carport
Key Design Requirements

- HPS Bedrooms (x2): ~17.25 m² each, hoist-compatible, 1600 mm turning circle
- OOA Room: 10-12 m², fits double bed, wardrobe, 800 mm desk
- Ensuites (x2): 9-9.5 m² each, AS 1428.1 compliant
- Common Bathroom: ~6 m², toilet + basin, accessible from hallway and OOA
