Modern Single-Story House Design
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I'm looking for an experienced architect or exterior/interior designer to help me design a modern single-story house with 3-4 bedrooms.
Key Requirements:
- Modern Style: I'm particularly interested in a design that embodies the sleek lines, large windows, and open floor plans often associated with modern architecture.
- Single Story: The house should be designed for a single level, avoiding stairs and any need for an elevator.
- 3 Bedrooms: I'm aiming for a medium-sized family home, with enough bedrooms to accommodate guests or a growing family.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in designing modern homes, particularly single-story dwellings.
- Able to create detailed floor plans and renderings that capture the essence of modern design (some proposal is already in place but need to be fine tuned)
- Understanding of practical considerations in designing a family home, such as bedroom sizes, layout efficiency, and natural light.

- exterier / interier visualisation of the house
