I'm seeking a creative and experienced architect skilled in modern architecture. For this project, a unique design for a single-level house is required with a focus on an open floor concept. The house should reflect IRC code and HOA Covenants for Santa Fe New New Mexico. Have two projects one is to take an existing plan and place it on the new plat and have finished grade height on plans. Ned A lanscaping plan with it as well.
