I'm seeking a skilled architect to design a modern single-family home. The design should incorporate an open floor plan and large windows.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
2400sqft home (600sqft ADU mother in law suite) and 1800 sqftPrimary home. The will be connected via a covered 10ft walkway.
Need builders blueprints
My architect has not responded so I need another architect. Attached are the blueprints we were working on. I need to reduce this by approx. 350 sqft (primarily taking most of the space from the Mother in law suite and a little from primary home
