Modern Single-Family Home Architect/Drafter Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking an architect or experienced drafter to design a modern-style, single-family house. The design should prominently feature an open floor plan.
The building is already constructed and requires remodeling and additional areas. I plan to add a 30' by 30' addition to the back of the house. It will have a garage on the basement level, a living and kitchen on the main level, and a master bedroom/bathroom on the second level. Additionally, I am considering adding a pool and an outdoor kitchen area. Please send me any of your samples if you are interested.
